Lauren Kite (She/Her/Hers)
With a background in marine biology, training as a yoga practitioner, and has vast experience with race-based
caucusing, Lauren brings curiosity, mindfulness and intentionality to her projects. As a teacher and facilitator of
more than 10+ years, Lauren possesses a keen, discerning lens to the on-going conversation around
environmental, social, and racial justice. Lauren has a passion for supporting individuals and organizations to
identify and implement sustainable and integrated action, while fostering a radically respectful internal culture
of learning, growth, and accountability. Lauren’s approach has been proven to result in processes that have
deep and lasting impact for the communities she serves. Attuned our somatic responses to how we interact
with our environments, Lauren understands the interconnection of nature and human existence and how it
relates to us all being centered and whole.
